R3 (Rescue, Recovery, Renewal), founded in 1990 and formerly known as the Society of Practitioners of Insolvency, is a professional organization for insolvency practitioners and turnaround managers which places a growing emphasis on reconstruction, turnaround management, and corporate recovery. Its activities include courses, conferences, and producing publications–including the quarterly journal Recovery.
