conditions of employment

contract containing terms of employment terms agreed to by an employer and employee, which are legally enforceable through a contract of employment. Conditions of employment include conditions that may be unique to the individual, such as notice period, remuneration, fringe benefits, and hours of work, as well as those that form organization-wide policies, such as discipline and grievance procedures and those dictated by legislation.
