Todd DeZoort
Todd DeZoort is professor of accounting and accounting advisory board fellow at the University of Alabama. He joined the university’s accounting faculty in 2001 and has published 40 articles with many in top academic journals such as Accounting, Organizations and Society, Contemporary Accounting Research, Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory, Journal of Accounting Literature, and Behavioral Research in Accounting. He also has received several research grants from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, KPMG’s Audit Committee Institute, and the Institute of Internal Auditors. Dr DeZoort is currently a member of the AICPA’s reliability task force and an advisory council member at the Academy for Ethics in Financial Reporting.
