Pierre Yourougou
Pierre Yourougou is associate professor of finance at the Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University. He is also managing director of the Africa Business Program at the Whitman School. His research and teaching interests are in the areas of corporate finance, financial institutions and markets, and emerging markets. Prior to joining Syracuse University in 2006, Professor Yourougou worked for the World Bank, where he held various senior level positions in the corporate finance, financial products development, and public debt management departments. He received his PhD in banking and finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
