Luc Renneboog
Luc Renneboog is a professor of corporate finance and director of graduate studies at Tilburg University, the Netherlands. Before joining Tilburg, he taught at the University of Leuven and at Oxford University. Dr Renneboog graduated with a BSc/MSc in management engineering from the University of Leuven, followed by an MBA from the University of Chicago, a BA in philosophy from Leuven, and a PhD in financial economics from the London Business School. He has also been a visiting researcher at the London Business School, HEC Paris, and Venice University. He is a widely published author, with research interests are corporate finance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and the economics of art.
